Project inquiries

Submitting a request or viewing a sample does not create a contract, guarantee availability or constitute payment. Scope, acceptance criteria, fees, funding, timing, rights and revision limits must be agreed in writing for each project. Collaboration is written-only.

Samples and intellectual property

Speculative examples are identified as original samples, not commissioned client work. They do not establish client relationships, prior paid experience or performance results. Unless agreed otherwise, samples are for evaluation; no rights to a third party's brand or assets are implied. Public interactive demonstrations are not live business systems and must not receive real customer data or payments.

Mail utility

FREELANCED Mail is an owner-operated tool, not a service inviting others to connect their Gmail accounts. It sends only recorded, approved plain-text messages through verified alias routes. It has no inbox access. Provider acceptance does not guarantee recipient delivery or a response. No unauthorized bulk sending, deceptive identity claims or misuse of recipients' information is permitted.

Availability and changes

Services depend on third-party platforms and can be delayed, restricted or unavailable. The site does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, revenue, client acquisition or project outcomes. These terms may be updated; project-specific written agreements govern the work they cover.
