Privacy policy

This policy covers the FREELANCED public site and the owner-operated FREELANCED Mail utility. Privacy questions or deletion requests can be sent to freelanced.floral349@slmail.me.

Google access and purpose

FREELANCED Mail requests only the Gmail send permission (gmail.send). It uses the owner's consent to transmit approved business messages. It does not request inbox, contact-list, search, read, delete or mailbox-management access.

Business alias routing

Messages are addressed only to operator-verified SimpleLogin reverse aliases. SimpleLogin routes them using the FREELANCED business alias. The private transport account is not published by this site or returned by our gateway. Google and SimpleLogin process mail as required to provide their services. Recipient-side privacy is checked before business sending is enabled; an API acceptance is not proof of delivery or anonymization.

Information handled and stored

Message subjects and plain-text bodies are processed transiently by the gateway to transmit the approved message. Google and the mail-routing provider may retain sent or routed mail under their own policies. Our Cloudflare D1 transport database stores verified reverse aliases, opaque contact and review identifiers, message-content hashes, provider message identifiers, times and attempt status. It does not store message subjects or bodies, the private Gmail address, or Google access and refresh tokens.

OAuth credentials and the private sending identity are held as encrypted private credentials and Cloudflare Worker secrets. They are not placed in public pages, shared knowledge entries or Discord notifications. The gateway records whether a send was accepted, rejected or remains uncertain; uncertain attempts are not automatically resent.

Service providers and sharing

Google provides OAuth and Gmail transmission; SimpleLogin provides alias routing; Cloudflare hosts the public site and gateway and stores transport metadata. The project request link opens Tally, and portfolio links open Contra, each under their own policies. Authorized business automation can submit approved content and read sanitized delivery status; it receives no private Gmail credentials or inbox access from this gateway.

Limited use

Google user data is used only to provide and secure the requested communication functionality. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Human access is limited to authorized operation, support and security needs consistent with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including Limited Use.

Retention and control

Transport metadata is retained for reconciliation, duplicate prevention and legitimate business recordkeeping until it is no longer needed. The owner can revoke the app in Google Account permissions and request removal of locally stored credentials and relevant records. Recipients can request correction or deletion of their business contact records through the contact address above, subject to necessary recordkeeping obligations.

Public site

This static site adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes network requests to serve and protect it. Public samples use only reviewed assets; do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information through a demonstration.
